My daughter has a new 2023 Mazda CX-5 and I am looking for the oil change reminder on the vehicle display. In reading the owner's manual it seems the only display is when the "wrench" indicator light comes on and then you must change the oil within 15 days. This seems like not much notice. Other car companies give an "oil life display" showing how much oil life is remaining (50% oil life, etc.) giving you a little advanced notice. Does anyone have any information on this for 2023 Mazda CX-5?

The great thing about buying a NEW vehicle is being given the owners manual. To bad very few actatilly take the time to read it!

 

In the Mazda Connect infotainment system, there is a section for the service reminder, in both kms / miles & months.

In my market, a 2023 CX-5 will be a "M" build, which has a 12 month 15,000km service intervals.
