Default limp mode

2008 Mazda 5 2.0 Diesel

Keep going in to a limp mode, cant go above 2.500 rpm power cuts out till rev return to 900rpm and throttle comes back alive. same in neutral

found EGR pipe Blocked with carbon, valve removed cleaned and tested to be working.
DPF filter not blocked,
Fuel Filter Replaced, Fuel Regulator Changed.
Lambda Sensor changed due to flagging up a issue on mazda health check on IDS, still no change although passed test now.
DPF regen completed.
No fault Codes on engine only one there is on the abs. but was on before this issue.

any help or suggestions would be great

Save a session & open a tech case with Mazda tech centre. They seem to see alot more that we humble techs can view with MMDS ( Mazda's name for IDS software)

Welcome to the forum..

I would start your own thread for a couple reasons. One is the last time this thread was active before your post was
Apr 3, 2019 | 03:10 AM

And this is the important
thing , no 2 vehicle with over say…50k miles have exactly the same problem. To many variables.
so when you start your own thread there may be some members to help you.
