Hi all,

Just noticed I have a dead headlight - fantastic. Anyways, checked under the hood and looks like I need miniature hands or something to replace it... any tips on getting the job done easily? Why on earth they have to make it such a PITA I will never understand....

 

Oh, Also, any suggestions on which bulb to get? Do the cheap $10 ones work just as well as the $50 ones?

I have never had to replace a headlight on a modern vehicle before - never had one die! Last time I had one die was on my 1979 Datsun 280zx, and back then you just replaced the entire thing (don't get me started on what a nightmare it was to replace that!)

 

You can ignore my request for help (as you all have done anyways ) I just called Mazda to price the bulb out and its covered under warranty. Woo Hoo. The bulb is cheap, but at least I don't have to worry about my big hands getting in the way - let those guys do it
