Full exhaust system

Hi. I am looking for a full exhaust for Mazda 5, 2.0L, Petrol 2006 UK Model. So far I have seen some parts on eBay:
Silencer
and
Cat
Are these the only parts that I need?

I have intake and exhaust on my 2011 M5, not a good idea to have loud exhaust on a car like this.
Remap your ECU will be a better choice.
