Default Adjusting headlights for continental driving - 2011 model

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a switch or lever to adjust the beam on my 2011 mazda 5 sport (its the newer model with the nagra flow swoopy panels on the doors)

Looked through the manual but can't see anything in the index. Got beam deflector stickers but the headlights are such a shape they don't seem to fit

I had mine lowered by the dealer.
Then raised after. But not sure this is the correct solution as the Mazda 5 2008 on model has self adjusting/levelling headlights. No, there isn't a lever, as far as I know, and from what I have researched, you can't or shouldn't put beam deflectors on plastic headlights.
Was hoping to find a headlight protector, and put the deflector on them, but seem they are not made for the 5. It was the perfect solution on my old Zafira, came form Vauxhall already attached.
