I have a 2012 Mazda 5 and the AC is blowing cold air out the passenger side but warm air on the driver side. The rear vents are also blowing cold air. I've done some research and see the blend door motor can go bad. Anyone have this problem?

I also have a couple questions.

1. Does the Mazda 5 have 2 blend door motors? (One for the driver side and one for the passenger/rear vents)
2. Where is the blend door located? (I looked under the driver side and saw the motor for the rear vents moving but I'm not sure if that's the same motor for the driver side)

 

This diagram seems to indicate no side-specific blend door.
