Ac not blowing any air from vents.

Ac not blowing any air from vents.
I recently replaced my battery, after putting the new battery in place and turning my car on, the ac stop blowing air from vent, All the lights turn on on the ac dash and I can hear the ac turning on just not any air coming out of the vents , I check all the ac fuses non is blown, I check the blowing motor with a separate battery and it’s working, I also replaced the blowing motor resistor; however still not air coming out, any help will be greatly appreciated.
