Well it sounds like what the US 2005 sp23 was....except for it being a 2.0. :P If the computers are the same as the US ones then no it isn't compatible with the DIS. That being said you can try the procedure for unlocking it and if it doesn't work it just doesn't work. Your car won't blow up or anything. :lol:

 

Although My Radio Doesnt have the right buttons i think as you advised

My radio has these buttons:

Clock | Set | FM 1/2 | AM | CD | Tape/MD

thats why i thought if i replaced my radio that if i had one with the right buttons and one that supported DIS that it would maybe work, actually in regards to what you said before with my car they also produced an Axela 23S with about same specs
