Mazda3 Offered in both a sedan and wagon, this sporty model offers a great car for the family, as well a fun track car.

What do you guys think on this offer?

Hey all!

I'm a high schooler looking to get my first car for school and college. I've got my eyes on the 2013 (not 2014) Mazda 3. I received an offer for a brand new 2013 Mazda 3 i Touring for $18.4k, and it includes 2 years of free maintenance (oil change, filter change, wheel rotation every 5k miles for 2 years).

Do you guys think it's a good deal? I like the color combo (red exterior/beige interior).

Thanks guys!

I would say buy it if you have enough money left over for board and tuition.
I will never pay that much for a car because I buy used, under 100000 miles and keep them for 7 to 10 years. But your finances may be very different.
By the way I like the color combination. It is one of my favorites. I also like that they include a bunch of the maintenance, but you still should educate yourself on maintenance issues to stay on top of it.

I ended up purchasing a blacked out (black rims, spoiler, etc) 2013 Mazda 3 i Touring w/leather interior for around 20k with 2 years maintenance included.

Also, do you guys recommend going to a professional car wash to wash my car in the future or doing it on my own?

Thanks!
