Default Unable to see rep?!

Car: 2005 Mazda 3S

Hi all,

Due to several problems with the car mentioned in this forum (plus additional problems with the paint that shows lots of chips that started rusting - after less than three years of having the car) I told the dealer that we would like to see the rep to discuss the paint and the automatic wipers issue. It's already SIX months as we're waiting to see him/her. The dealer says that they never know when rep can come to their place, and I'm on the list of ppl with problems. Is there a way I can complain to Mazda Co. and ask them to expedite my case or should I wait?

Thanks for the advice,
Greg.

Try going to www.mazdausa.com and send them an email. Also you may want to try the Better Business Bureau. I assume your under warranty?

Called Mazda.

They told me that without reproducing the rain sensing wipers problem I cannot do anything. That's the way the warranty works. Well, it sux but I understand their point of view. I could say that the enginge makes noises from time to time and request changing it, right? They will not change things only because I say so. So looks like I'm stuck with the wipers.

As for the paint problem they told me that I need to request from the dealer a photo inspection to be sent to Mazda. It is still the Reps solely responsibility to accept or reject the case and they don't need to communicate with the Dealer what's the final decision. If Rep decides the case is serious they will let Dealer know they will come and only the the Dealer will let me know when I can see the Rep.

Thanks for all advices.
Greg.
