Angry Speed warnings cannot be disabled on european MY 2024

Hi everyone! I'll be a Mazda 3 MY 2024 owner in a couple of months, and while I couldn't be more excited about my future Mazda I'm at the same time very worried about the apparent inability of disabling the speed warnings, both audible and visual, introduced in the 2024 model.

I've been reading on various Mazda FB groups that several new owners of a MY 2024 3 are complaining about how annoying and distracting the audio warning is. Moreover, while in my EU country we're supposed to have a button placed at the left of the steering wheel that silences every ADAS-related sound (including the speed warnings), other users - especially from UK - stated that they don't have any way of turning it off and are forced to hear said warning even when going at 1 km/h over the supposed limit. This literally sounds torturous!

This seems to be such an asinine decision by Mazda: TSR isn't always accurate, it may read the wrong speed limit, and hearing a constant beeping would make me - as I believe many more drivers - both extremely distracted and even more annoyed.

Anyone can confirm this? Are people actually sharing their complaints with Mazda about such a horrible decision?

If I had this information before ordering my car several months ago I don't know if I would have gone through with the deal.. probably not. I'm so worried and saddened..

Yes, you are right.
Watch this video I made:

Please spread this information throughput all Mazda forum and info channels.
Lets force Mazda to do something with this.

Mandatory equipment for new cars in the EU. ISA system - monitoring the speed and giving an acoustic signal if it is exceeded.
This system, for example in Mazda 3, does not work properly and cannot be turned off. I understand that it is required by European legislation, but Mazda's solution makes it impossible to use the car.
The ISA system in Mazda involves emitting an audible signal for approximately 5 seconds when exceeding the speed limit. This is a loud sound that lasts for several seconds.
Idon't need to write how irritating this is. Given the choice between sound and vibration, Mazda chose the most unpleasant option - sound. Additionally, the sound signal is loud and distracting to the driver.
The signal is activated even when exceeding 2-3 km/h. Even though the menu is set to activate after exceeding the speed limit by 10 km/h, it is still activated even when the speed limit is exceeded by a minimum of 2-3 km/h.
Additionally, the European legislator is aware that the system will not always work properly and recommends that it be possible to temporarily turn it off. Mazda doesn't have this option.
There is only an option to turn off sounds for all security systems. I don't need to explain to anyone how dangerous this solution is. Above is a video showing the activation of the ISA system.
In this case, it was activated when the speed was exceeded by 10 km, but as I wrote, it is activated even when the speed is exceeded by 2-3 km/h. I also include a link to the European regulations.

Default Speed alert noise. We had a new Mazda 3 three weeks ago

This is our 4th Mazda 3 but I wouldn’t have ordered one if I had known about this ridiculous noise every time we exceed the speed limit by 1 mph. It’s driving me mad - there must be something Mazda can do before I sell it and buy a more reasonable car. The salesman didn’t mention the change - I wonder why🤬

Same problem on my cx30. On my previous cx30 I was able to disable the speed warning in settings. The same option (disable audible warning) is available on the new model but appears to do nothing! The only option to remove this annoying distraction is the button to the side of the steering wheel but unfortunately that disables other useful audible warnings. I really wish I'd realised this before purchasing.
