Speed warning sound
If your vehicle has the factory navigation system, you might try looking into the setup area for navigation.
I realize this is from the 2021 model CX-5, but the Nav documentation (page 69) describes where in the settings to make the change, with Nav that has notification about speed limits on the road you're driving on.
In my own 2016.5 GT (USA model), I simply use the screen settings within the Nav system, and one of the controls allows specifying whether speed limits are to be visually or visually and audibly presented. On mine, I've told it to display the visual warning of the active speed limit, but to silence the audio warnings that go with it. (You're right, they can be annoying.)

Your printed manual for the vehicle ought to have a section on "Personalization" or something to that effect. It allows you to alter the settings via whatever on-screen or Commander button changes this vintage has this vintage has. I'm assuming the car came with a printed manual.
At least here in the USA, the online source for manuals (www.mymazda.com) doesn't yet show the 2022 model CX-5. So I can't check from here.
