Default Sd card

I have a 2016 Mazda 3. I wanted to update my sat nav but for some reason I can’t remove the sd card from the slot - tried with tweezers and pliers but the card refuses to budge, any help appreciated

Try pushing it in. It's spring loaded and it will pop out.

It should pop out when pushed in. I would try that again.

Finally managed to get the card out, had to use pliers and a bit of force, I noticed that there was some sort of gold clip holding it in place almost put there so as to not allow the card to be ejected. However, all a complete waste of time as I though I would get the sat nav updated via Mazda toolbox but it told me there were no free updates available so I quit and put the card back in. I believe for about £20 I can get an updated sd card on eBay. Thanks anyway for the replies folks appreciated
