I’m new to this forum, so apologies if I am not posting this thread in the right place.

I have just purchased a really nice 2.2D Sport and I have a slight problem with the Satnav.

When I try to enter a postcode, it will only let me enter numbers. I am wondering if it is set to a European country where they have no letters in theirs. I have tried to reset the Satnav settings to no avail.

Does anyone have any tips on how to solve this please?
