Both the remote key fobs for my 2019 Mazda 3 Hatch are falling apart, but still work fine for opening/closing, etc.

On #1, the back cover (over the spare key) would not stay attached. The key and the cover are lost.
On #2, the chrome end pieces no longer snap securely into the main body, and are now held together with a rubber band.

My Mazda dealer wants $250 for a new fob and $100+ labor to reprogram the system - total over $700 for both.

Any suggestions on how to replace/repair the exterior parts for less than a car payment each?
