Removing shift cover (automatic)

I am not sure what the name of the cover is called for an auto trans. I know it's the boot for manual.

Either way, is there a DIY for removing that cover? Thanks very much.

Put the parking break up, open the middle console and pull up. If this does not help you it is on you tube how to do it.
