i just did my first oil change. i didnt know which oil was the right one use, so i asked a few of my friends. they recommended 10W-30 for a turbocharged car, but when i checked in the handbook, it said 5W-30 is needed. I'd rather hear from someone who already owns a speed3 and has the knowlede bout this subject. thanks.

 

I'm running 10w-30 syn in mine (after the first 3k oil change, I switched). The 5w-20 is something Ford requires in all there cars and trucks. I think its a scam. Run the 10w and you'll be fine, imo.

 

it said that 5W-20 is for NA cars, whereas 5W-30 is for turbo cars. my next oil change is at 8k miles so ill do 10W-30 next time. thanks again.

 

Speedy3- in your post it says you installed a sunroof in your MS3. I was just wondering what it took. Is it factory or a "pop-up/removable" type?

the sunroof goes into the roof rather than being slanted out. very OEM look. i love it.
