Default rear spoiler, and lowering springs

hey, i was wondering if you guys could help me with picking the best springs, and rear spoiler for a 2006 mazda 3s. i want a stiff ride but at the same time i dont want to blow my struts. with the spoiler i wanted a tock spoiler but if there's others that look good then im all open ears.

Mazda Speed or the Eibach Pro Kit, They are basically the same since Eibach makes them for Mazda. The Eibach would cheaper but you would still need to get a Camber Kit where it is all included with the Mazda Speed set up.
I only have experience with the Mazda Speed, I had those on my Hatchback, rode great and handled awesome.

As for the rear spoiler, no clue but I do like the Stock one, doesn't look like a ricer either.

thanks, i was btwn those and tanabe's for the springs. but how low did you lower it? looks nice as hell

1.5 inches in the front and 1.25 in the back from my measurements.
