Default rear brake noise

My 3 (07 i-sedan, touring, w/ABS etc, <4000 so far) has developed an annoyingly loud "moaning" sound from the rear brakes. (brake elements are all stock). When it's wet and cold and parked overnight (in the garage), it happens in the next morning when backing out of garage. I've read that many others have this problem but with the loud sqeal sound though. I usually set e-brake when the car is parked. The rear right brake also makes a click sound occationally during strop-sign routine (not californian stop). I come to a full stop, it clicks when I release the brake to drive out.

I am thinking that the "moaning" sound could likely due to the pads, the click might have something to do with the caliper (could it be the guiding pins?) I am not ready yet for the dealer to mess around with the brakes. I had the click sound on my other mazda car (MPV) on the left front, with a published TSB and twice at the dealer, nothing was fixed.
