RE: re map ECU
If I knew how, I woulda' already done it.
'Don't know just how flexible the tuning is on this ECU. It seems even the AM has, for the most part, shyed away form that aspect of the car. I figure that something is scaring them off.

RE: re map ECU
I know what you mean. I would too if I could, but don'tknow of anyone doing that successfully at the moment. I wouldn't mind more power, or quicker reaction in mine either.
As I'd said, Reactive Racing started a link on another forum claiming they have a working piggy-back prototype that fools the OE ECU and overrides it somehow, butit has yet to be proven from what I know. They are using some local forum members cars as test beds (guinea pigs) right now.
If I'm notified that it works, I will post....

RE: re map ECU
i was reading that thread...interesting...that sucks that our ECU's are so dam smart and 500$ for ECU is just too much i was expecting around 200-300 at the most like the SAFC II. but i guess if i get SAFC II it will not work.

RE: re map ECU
Compared toothers I've seen, and I am by far no expert on the subject, some run up to $1500 and higher!!!
$500 is relatively cheap, particularly if it works as advertised.
