Default Purchasing a MS3

Need some help on a MS3 choice;
I am looking to buy.

Got my eye on a 2008 Mazdaspeed3, with 127 500k miles (204 XXXkm) for 9000$. I am very iffy about the milage. I believe it is completely stock besides an upgraded TMIC and has been maintained and treated like a baby. It is in meticulous condition. and everything looks great. what should i look out for?

Help me out with some insight, i know a fair bit about cars, this is just my first speed i have botten.

Thanks guys!!!

With that mileage, catalytic converters are due to be changed.
Other maintenance items to change: ignition coils, spark plugs, PCV valve, Brake Fluid, Power steering fluid, coolant with thermostat, O2 sensors. Tranny fluid. Clean throttle body, MAF Sensor.
All need to be investigated or just change them for piece of mind. Standard stuff for any car. Specifics for that car, I don't know.

yeah pretty much general maintenance for that many km.
Thanks i didn't even think about PCV valve,
but i am not to worried about the km, it is allot but if all services are up i think it will still ride solid.
I think I'm going to go for it.
Thanks for your input.
