Default Problem with right side hazard and turn signal

I have a 2015 3i Grand Touring. When right turn signal is turned on, it is rapid on the instrument panel. I have no turn signal or hazard on right side. I replaced front and rear bulbs and fuse, no change. Next, thought i would try replacing flasher relay. Went to auto parts store and told them I needed flasher relay for 2015 mazda3i GT, and they got me the part for $12.00. When researching where the relay is located, I have seen a few posts that say there is no flasher relay on my car, it is controlled by the ECU. I can't comprehend how it could not have a flasher relay when I can tell the part store I need one to fit my car and it comes right up in the computer, and that was at two different part stores.

Turn signals or indicators are controlled by the BCM. There is no relay anymore.

Do you have power & earth to the bulb sockets?
