Hey I could really use some help with my PS system. When I turn the wheels at a dead stop, my PS system makes a whining noise as though I am low on fluid. I checked fluid and its within the ok range on the dipstick. What should be my next steps. As always thanks in advance, Brian.

 

Our power steering systems are ran on a Electric pump, so alittle whining noise is normal.
