I ended up buying an MKI shift **** on ebay (only $20) because I like how it looks. See pictures below.

I like the aluminum/black "leather" combination look (not too crazy about all aluminum/chrome look) but I don't like how it feels. The edges of the holes are not 100% smooth and they hurt my palm after a while. Also, I didn't notice that I installed it a bit crooked until I saw these pics.

I checked the twmshiftknobs.com website but didn't like what they have. I'll keep searching until I find something I'm happy with.
