So I had liquid/oil splashed around the area this thing is located at.
Ive searched around and the only place this oil could have come from is the 3rd motor mount.
Everything else in that area of the engine is clean.
so that leaves the motor mount. you can see shiny surfaces and a few specs of oil on the hoses.
How easy is it to replace. how much does this part cost?
Why would it leak?

 

mount was replaced by dealer under warranty.
It was liquid filled. and was leaking.
