49,991 miles and I had cause to use the warranty for the first time. Broken left front motor mount...not sure how it broke, but it started making a faint clicking noise a few days ago (thought I was hearing things), the yesterday is clunked real bad when I tried backing out of a parking space with the e-brake set (clutchy no likey.), then it was clunking in reverse, getting progressively worse.

Motor mount broke and the engine shifted a little causing some binding. I should get the car back Thursday. (FWIW...I've got Mazdaspeed springs, camber links, etc on the car and they are covering this under warranty, no issues.....I had 50,350 miles on it when I took it in to the dealer, but I called them with under 50K on the odo as I was driving back from Northern Michigan at the time....)

Assuming everything is OK with the car and it's covered under warranty, very happy with the overall experience. (Even got the cheap rental covered by the warranty....costs me only $2.40/day (taxes))

 

strange as your not one to rag on your car, what kinda rental car did u get? also i already assume your going to ask why the motot mount broke, right?
