Default Overpriced IELOOP battery - petition

Hi fellow members and Mazda owners. My ieloop battery failed after barely 4 years and 37k miles. I have a 2015 Mazda 3 SGT with Tech package.

I was shocked to find that Mazda dealers would charge 500+ bucks to replace it. And that were were required to use only their proprietary batteries. I’m sure others have faced this issue and have felt shocked, angry, etc. I certainly was. I’ve created the petition below and would hope members would sign it so that we can get the attention of Mazda and hopefully put an to this corporate greed.

Shop around for a Q85 battery ( required spec ) should be able to get 1 for about $300.
