Hello all, I recently purchased a 2011 Mazda3 and am trying to figure out how to get Sirius set up on my factory radio. I have chatted with two Sirius agents and called them, and haven't found any help yet, the last person I talked to stated I needed to get the ESN # by tuning to channel 0, that they couldn't do anything with my VIN #. I can't get the ESN to pop up. I push/hold the SAT button on my dash, and nothing happens. They assured me that I wouldn't need to buy another radio,which I am hoping is the case. Any help is appreciated!

 

If it won't pull up the radio id number, it's not set up for satellite.

Mine has the button (all do), but the kit was never installed. You'll have to get the kit installed for it to work.
