Default MS3 CAI on hold?????? what's up?

I just bought a 2008 MS3 GT and wanted to have the Mazda cold air intake installed at the dealer before I picked it up. They called to order the CAI and the computer said it was "Hold for inspection"!!!

They didn't know anything more other than that they couldn't get it right now until it came off hold. Anyone know what this means? recall? changing vendors? As far as I know they aren't having problems with it. I am bummed, don't want to go aftermarkete and void the new warranty.

Thanks,

Jeff

There is a posting somewhere on this site about this. I believe when they tested it, itwas makeing an error code pop up.

Also, I believe they are waiting on CARB certification (i could be wrong on this).
