yup, it sure does. you can hear it pretty well. i test drove a MS3 with a CAI and it sounded cool. The one i bought didn't come with it, but that's because i didn't want to pay $699 and the dealer for it.

Absolutly. Try some time opening the air box and reving it up or a short clean drive, you'll get a good idea of the resulting sounds and know if you wanna deal with them forever. But mm mm why would'nt you! The K&N drop in does this as well but at a slightly lessend presence. It's still good for being audible 200ft or sofrom the car under normal acceleration. Peace.

That price seems to be very resonable. Free shipping. Snot bad. Only thing to think about is whether you'll do the instal or pay to have someone else do it. I'll take it on myself i believe if it comes with colorful pictures and such. If not my local speedshop will do it in about and hour for 75 smackers. Worth it. My dealer said $400 plus labor out to about $550 if it only took an hour. So you know they gonna take a donut break in the middle! Lemme know how you like it. I'm curious to see how large the piping is, and what it reall looks like in there. I'm all over it but i spent my play money on a computer, decided it was crap and now dell owes me. They holden my fun money! Hate tom come off like i'm scrapping every penny, cause someone like that ought not do this stuff. I just control every cent with militant manors and i know that what i end up with for play can be burnt to light my dates candle if i so choose hhahaha

Just bought mine, but hadn't installed it yet. I contacted my local Mazda dealer and they'll install it for $70 (1 hour of labor). To me it's worth it so I don't screw with the warranty.

Well hell, I guess I'll just let NelsonMazda install my ((injen)) SP6062BLK [&:]. It look's much better than Mazda's and set's much higher in the wheel well than Mazda does so I figure less of a chance for water to be sucked up. Not much of a Mazda Forum!
