I purchased a new MAZDA intake manifold so I can do all the mods I wanted without down time on my MAZDA.

Thanks for looking as always.
After re-thinking MAZDA pcv hoses routing. Also I have my newest throttle body spacer almost finished. Plus to install my NEW 250 AMP alternator it is easier to do it with the intake off rather then the FSM way.

New custom one off Throttle body spacer for my Nitrous and Water/meth. I decided to machining a groove for a O-ring on throttle body to spacer side. The other side the O-ring is on the intake manifold.
During my experimenting I could run with no issues a 50 shot of Nitrous. This means for those not ever using Nitrous the terminology a 50 HP increase from the engine. And the DYNO support that almost to the exact number. I did try but did not DYNO a 75 shot but thought to play it safe and not push to much Nitrous. The water/meth DYNO at about 8-10% across the RPM range and that was with or without Nitrous . The ECU handled it with NO DTCs, spark plug(closed the gap to .028) melting or the engine going into limp mode. I even carefully watched the knock values and they changed very little. In fact a year or so when I tested using 87 and also 89 octane fuel the knock values jumped along with timing. This meant that although the engine could use lower octane fuel it DID NOT make as much power.
