I'm buying a 2008 Mazda 3 Maxx Sports Automatic.

It has 120,000km on it, is there anything I should be cautious of or get checked before buying. I've gotten carfacts.com.au report and a mazda report from a week ago saying the usual stuff oil filters been checked and break pads replaced.

also what would you value the car at?
the guy is offering to sell at $10.5k

 

I don't know what a "Maxx Sport" is, but I think the price might be about $1k too high. These are great little cars and I am sure you will be quite pleased with it.
