Air Filter Location on 2008 Mazda3?

Air Filter Location on 2008 Mazda3?
Just bought a K&N air filter and what I thought was the filter compartment is actually the battery case. Before i start taking things apart, i thought i would see if anyone has a step by step or illustration to get to the filter box.

The air filter is located under that battery.... it has 4 clips to snap off before opening, ill post a pic to show you.
