Have you checked the fuses?
Also you don't say if it's both or just one. From your post it's hard to tell.
If neither is working, check the relay.

also check the wiring, and the connections.
try using a voltmeter, and testing the connections to see if they are getting power. if they arent, then check the wiring, and other connections. also check to make sure the switch is working too
