Default Leather Wipes

Own an Speed 3 and decided to use some leather wipes to treat the seats as they were beginning to show slight signs of drying out. Unfortunately the leather is now extremely shiny, and while it looks good, I prefer the more matte finish of the untreated leather. Will the seats be able to return to the more matte finish as time goes on and the moisturizer dissipates, or am I stuck with shiny leather seats.

the shine goes away after the seats are used for a short while. those wipes really make you slide around in your seat while going around turns!

Is there any way to get it off without having to wait for it to wear off? The slippery, greasy feel of the seats is really aggravating.

Will using a damp cloth to get out the shine work? Will this harm the leather? Thanks.
