Default help me identify a part

I have an 07 mazda 3 hatchback and recently got into a minor fender bender and need to buy a new hood, drivers side headlight and this one part under the hood I can't identify. Maybe someone here can help me. It is a grey corrugated hose with two clamps and it is located in the front of the engine compartment under a plastic cover. Its fairly large, but has a huge hole in the bottom of it, causing my engine to overwork itself to maintain rpms. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Yup! That's the intake hose all right. It connects between the filter box (housing) and throttle body, as well as the EGR system and resonator.
Be forewarned though that it's liable to be a fairly expensive hose. I would guess somewhere in the neighborhood of +/-$100, perhaps more. I hope for your sake that I'm wrong about that estimate.
