Default 323 Sedan; help to identify lost/broken part

While driving, I heard some noise of a fallen part, or my tires hitting a part that was already on the road.
I found the part as shown on the attached pictures. Looks like a bracket with rubber cushion.

Who can help me identifuing if this is a 323 Sedan part, and if so what it is and where it belongs (am I safe to contue driving without it)

232 Sedan Jun1998

Cheers

Looks like a NVH or NHV ( Noise Vibration Harshness) device connected to your exhaust.
If it is, then it shouldn't be necessary to replace.
