Help, Gas station put on a locking gas cap thats not mine!

Anyone know how to get this thing off? Are they all the same key? Can it be taken apart to get it off? Not sure, please help!

drill out the lock and take apart the inner mechanisms. it should come right off then. it will take some time though.
