Default Head lights don't work

I have a '05 Mazada 3 with HID conversion kit, when I purchased the car the pervious owner installed the conversion kit, anyways a few days ago my I had to change my battery and ever since then my HIDS don't work, I have checked all fuses and when I wire the HIDS directly to the Battery they work ( so ballast and bulbs are good)

Everytime I put my lights on I can hear the realy click (i'm not sure if the relay is factory to the car but the relay is right beside the driver headlight housing, I checked voltage at the factory headlight connector (where my HIDS plug into and I'm getting 12 volts) any advice?

Check & test the wiring, both power & earth feed.
