Gear issue P0747
Hi guys
Please excuse my English …
Gear question
Mazda 3 model 2010 - 155,000K
AT lamp lights up and seems to have a problem with the vehicle gear (gear 2 and 4 - both of these problems appear on scanner P0732 & P0734)
In addition to the P0747 error appears saying Solenoid A Stuck On.
When the a transmission solenoid is stuck on, in most cases the problem is not the electrical part of the solenoid; the problem is foreign material obstructing the mechanical function of the solenoid or the flow of the fluid through the transmission valve body.
P0747 MAZDA Pressure Control Solenoid A Stuck On | AutoCodes
Gear fluid level is OK and dos not small bed – but no one swap it in the past – there is no recommendation in Israel to swap Gear fluid in Mazda 3 .
Due to vehicle kilometer & Gear fluid case I’m afraid that is Gear Flushing will perform I will need Gear restoration - clutch disks will slip.
Can replacement of Gear filter and Gear fluid can solve this problem ?
Any suggestion will be welcomed
Thanks in advance

Yes, there is a filter. No, it does not need to be serviced. If the filter is full of shavings, it is too late. These codes and conditions can be caused by fluid problems. As grim stated, changing the fluid is the first place to start. Make sure what you use to replace the old fluid is the correct fluid, Mazda brand is the best idea, or you'll have a whole new set of problems to deal with.
