Default Electrical problem???

Hi all, my 2009 Mazda 3 has no alarm, interior lights or central locking. Central locking does work with the key in the door but not the key fob, battery is not flat either and the alarm light doesn’t flash. Fuse has been changed too even though it didn’t look blown to begin with. All interior lights aswell. Front and rear. Seems like it could be a deeper rooted electrical problem but wanted to check on here before paying an auto electrician an arm and a leg.
Thanks!

Was the first one blown?
If so, did the second one blow? If so, you have a short somewhere. Now it gets involved.
