Default difficulty with Reverse gear

I have a 5-speed 2010 Mazda 3 and about 40% of the time, I have difficulty getting the shifter to go into Reverse. It can take several tries before it finally slips in. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've had that issue on virtually every car I've ever owned (meaning cars from Asia, Europe and the US of A). The thing is, Reverse gear isn't syncronized so some times you need to ease out the clutch for a moment to allow the gears to realign.
