Default Coolent leaking from top of outlet housing

I bought a new gasket for the outlet housing thinking it was just that but i added more coolent and realised that the leak is coming from the top. What is the blue arrow pointing at in the picture, its a circular hole above the outlet housing. Thanks for any help in advance.

I don't have an answer for you but I'm the middle doing the plastic outlet housing of the outlet and seems someone before me RTV the hell out of the gasket and that area your pointing at. You can check some of the pics I took yesterday. Not saying that's the way to go but that's what was done. And it's leaking....

Thank you for your input. If anyone else is having similar issues i took everything apart and it was the housing that was leaking. It broke from the top and the gasket ripped so it appread that the hole right above the housing was leaking.
I got a new housing from the junkyard and bought a new gasket, put them in and no issues so far.

I hope this helps anyone having the same issue.
