Climate control Problem
Well im havin uissues with my 2005 Mazda 3 and the air control. I have checked all fuses and plugs and didnt find any of them blown or loose. When I start the car up and turn the vents on any power level it will not come on. Sometimes it will come on in a few minutes down the road but other times it takes5-10 minutes before the air starts to circulate. Very few times it will come on immediately but then stops workin seconds later. Tried all setting & power levels still nothin. Just wonderin if anyone out there has heard of this and if so what was the fix?

So is this a manual control system, or the auto system? - and it sounds like there is just no fan... can you hear vents and things move (if changing modes in the auto system)?
In general the manual control uses multiple resistors to slow down the fan speed, i'm not sure where they are mounted on the 3, but they are usually right near the blower motor and it's very common for them to corrode. This corrosion will start off as intermittent or individual lost speeds as it gets worse- that's my guess of the issue.
