CarPlay - Is Wave Compatible with Iphone5
I just had my 2014 Mazda-3 upgraded with CarPlay.
I have Waze (current version) GPS/Navigation installed on my IPhone 5 (IOS 10.3.3 - the latest).
I am using a generic Apple cable.
The Waze ICON, maps, etc. do not display on my infotainment system.
My service advisor is suggesting that I use an original cable Apple cable (which I do not have at the moment.
Does anyone know whether he is correct?
Any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
