Default BODY DAMAGE

Hello,

I have been reading this board since i bought my new Mazda 3 on 10-1-07. I now have to ask a question. I WRECKED my new baby into a fire hydrant. Is there anywhere I can buy replacement parts?

I need to replace the whole front bumper area as it is unrepairable. This would be the plastic piece that surrounds the grill, headlights, ect.

Thanks for any responses.

OUCH!!! And sorry to hear that. But it can happen to the best of us.
There is a site (probably many) that sells the bumper cover aftermarket. Plus, you might get with one of the dealers/sponsors onthese and the other forums and see what kinda' price(s) they might have.
You might also need the foam (probably) and perhaps the metal support behind the cover (maybe,) so you might want to do some investigating before ordering just the cover.
Do you have a hatch or sedan? Is it an '07 or '08? Is it a Speed? You will need to know the answers to these questions, as not all parts interchange between models.
The sedan and hatch share almost no (any?) body pieces. They may look the same to the untrained eye, but they are quite different in reality.

Mad, check with your local body shops as they might have parts left over from previous wrecks.

today i went to the auto wreckers with my friend cuz he wanted a new power steering on his 98 tacoma (i told most of you guys that). anyway i asked cuz i wanted a spoiler for my car and i asked if he had one... he said no but he had a 5dr in there a 2005.. i took a look at it... i was like wow poor car. he hit the front end into something and the engine is gone out of it.. all other parts are good on it. it was a nice looking car.. now it has no rims and the brake rotors are stuck in the ground.. lets have a moment and pray for it. LOL
