Hmmm, the Rain Sensing Wipers on the two cars I've had with them were designed with a sensitivity adjustment that allowed me to tune what they'd do under different conditions. I guess there are different implementations on this option.

I would rather have a standard tranny, but for the fact that I CANT have one, due to the wife, the triptronic does increase my driving pleasure the best that it can.
It comes in handy in smoothly flowing streets in town, or the interstate, when I can down shift and get right on it, instead of finding the right pressure to put the gas down before the car can figure out I'm trying to downshift.

when i said keyless entry i ment the ones where it unlocks when ur in the proximity w/o pushing a button. automatics makes alot of sense even more so in the racing world, plain and simple you cannot shift the car fast enough and keep it consistent in a stick shift. I had the chance to drive an AWD automatic talon....after getting used to the launching it was a pretty boring 9sec 1/4mi but damned it stayed in 9.5 range each pass so it works.....still boring. But for stock cars its just for comfort, i mean plenty of people would still drive a 5spd in heavy traffic while others choose an automatic because it just makes sense.
