Glad I have a 1st gen.

I actually like it, the car before I bought this had the old school temp guage. It over heated a lot and I would not notice sometimes. If this new car over heats I would notice something because I would see a light that is usually not there anymore.

FYI - After driving in the freeways much more than the streets MPG has gone up to 19.0 or 19.1. I hope it keeps going up.

I am also getting close to passing the break in period! +400 miles now

1st Gens, at least the S models w/electroluminescent gauge cluster, have both temp gauge and idiot light.

Perhaps, but hardly original. They've been called idiot (proof) lights for as long as I can remember... and that's a long time.

Dayem Dale? You only have 906 posts here? I would've thought you'd been terrorizing this site longer than that?

Terrorist? Me? Well, only a little bit.

The thing is, I'd probably be pushing fifteen-hundred if I got credit for reporting spammers.

How can you only be a little bit of a terrorist?
Seems to me you either are, or you are not.
