2010 Mazda 3 GT changing to Halogen Headlights
Hello everyone,
I bought a used Mazda 3 GT. The headlights have condensation and now my passenger side headlight is burnt out. Haven't yet figured out if its the ballast or the bulb.
Can you switch out bi xenon adaptive headlights (entire unit) in a 2010 mazda 3 gt and replace them withregular halogen headlights? I know the headlights themselves will fit, but how about the electrical?
I'm looking at doing this so that I can get newer headlights without the condensation issue and to avoid future expensive repairs costs associated with the adaptive bi xenon headlights.
I will appreciate any advice.
Thanks
Nick

Hi Shipo,
i found used headlights in good shape for $150 on ebay. I would install them myself and the bulbs are cheap. The ballast alone on my headlights cost over $100. Dealer wanted $550 lol
The only thing holding me back is that I don't know if I have to change the connections or not.
Thanks
Nick
