2006 2.0l
Hello everyone I'm new to the forums been looking around. One of my friends was convinced his motor was blown on his 2006 has a 2.0L. So he pulled the old motor out completely disassembled it for no reason and put a new motor in the car. When I saw the motor he pulled out it looks brand new less then 100K miles on it.
The friend isn't the sharpest tool in the shed I don't think it was blow looks like maybe a bad head gasket. Anways He gave the whole motor to me for free and I'm trying to decided if I should sell the it dissembled but I was thinking about putting it all back together and selling it as one piece.
My question is it worth it to throw it back together or just scrap it or sell it apart. I found a manual for the top end but I can't find anything that shows how to put the bottom end together such as torqure specs ect..
And as a side note I have built motors before just not Mazda I have built Honda D-series and k-series and a few big block chevy's.
